Sof Sole Men's Airr Orthotic Performance Insole (9-10.5) Review

First, I will confirm that these insoles do run a bit narrow, but in a form fitting shoe, they work just fine. Because of this, it lost one star. Past that though, these are great insoles, I've tried a bunch in the past (including Dr. Scholls and the Shock Dr. Ultra 2). I find these insoles to be the right balance of support and cushioning. My days are long and hard, on my feet all day, often on concrete or paved surfaces, and my body really suffers from the repeated impact by the end of the day. However, wearing these, has reduced the effects of the impact to little or nothing, which is great, because prior to that, not a chance. The cushioning is well placed and the EVA construction is very comfortable The heal area seems to be a combo of gel and structured air pockets, and the ball of the foot primarily gel for max protection from impact! The arch support works, perhaps mildly weak, but effective. I plan to purchase more of these for my other shoes (unless of course I stumble upon something even better).
