I have had a recurrent problem with my left foot for over three years. It started with a Podiatrist mistreating a structural problem until a staph infection set in.

These insoles cured a problem in three weeks that two orthorptic surgeons and a Podiatrist could not. Had I had these three years ago I would have saved myself from five staph infections, a toe amputation, two bone head removals, a bone shaving, and thousands of dollars in treatments.

I do not them as the main insole. I place them over the existing insole and in a few hours they mold to the shape of my foot reflecting the high and low areas in my sole. They effectively even out my impact zone. while providing an extra touch of comfort.

Try a pair on top of your existing insoles if you have a problem with unevenness or discomfort and I am positive you will find a relief you had not expected. I would also highly recommend for diabetics,

When you first place them on you insoles check your toes to make sure you are not hitting the top of your shoes. If you are not hitting wear them for approximately two to three hours and recheck. Some insoles are a little thicker and the addition of this insole could cause too much cushioning. In that case the initial wear of two to three hours should result in the molding to your foot to lower the insoles and stop the touching, I had one pair of running shoes that had this problem but was solved after the Profoot formed to my foot.

UPDATE - IMPORTANT. THEY HAVE, LIKE OTHER COMMENTED, CHANGED THE DESIGN TO A BLUE COLOR. THE NEW IS NOT IMPROVED. LOT STIFFER AND NOT AS COMFORTABLE AND USING THEM LIKE THE OTHERS DO NO PROVIDE THE RELIEF THE GRAY ONES DID. THEY WILL EVENTALLY CONFORM BUT ARE NOT AS COMFORTABLE.
