I wanted a bag that wasn't immense, but that could also hold my not-pocketable camera as well as my iPad if necessary. This one is perfect! The iPad will fit in the main compartment, and the bag has a fairly generous front-to-back dimension so my camera goes in very nicely. The bag is quite soft and flexible, but appears to be quite well made. Great outer pockets, too -- both good sizes. So often the pockets for cells and such are so tight they are not really that useful.

I love the size of this bag. Big enough to hold all the essentials, but not oversized. That being said, for its size it's very heavy due to the chain. I really wish the strap were leather rather than metal chain. Also the embossed python is very rough and scaly. Over the long run I don't think it will hold up and will collect dirt and debris. I'm not sure if I'll keep this bag or return it.

This purse seems to be well made although pretty dang expensive. I saw it on zappos.com and at Dillards for $548 but luckily checked amazon and got it for $428. I wish it had more pockets like one on the outside since the bag is so large. If I hadn't been on the search for a new purse for 2-3 months and recently chose to no longer purchase coach because of their lack of after purchase customer service, I would not have forked out the bucks for this. Overall though I think it was a nice investment.

I recently purchased a bag in this design in a solid leather (luggage color) and I would highly recommend it. It has everything I wanted in function: crossbody and shoulder straps, exterior pocket for cell phone, interior zip pocket, even an interior key fob strap (huge bonus for me). The leather and construction are of high quality and the design is distinctive, elegant and unique, without the obnoxious branding that is so commonplace in handbags in this price range. This bag is pretty structured but still conforms to the body since it is sort if flat like a messenger bag. Its holding up nicely after several months of daily use. I am such a fan of Orla Kiely bags - they're beautiful, functional, and built to last, and the designs stand on their own. This bag does have a few drawbacks: it is heavy due to the thickness of the leather, so the crossbody option is not very comfortable for long term wearing, and the clasp to access the main compartment can be awkward to manipulate. The gold hardware is quite shiny and might cheapen the look a smidge, but overall the good points far outweigh the bad! Total keeper for me.
