This bag is very nice and the leather is so soft! My only complaints are: 1 - the inside snap doesn't stay closed. Even if I make sure to hold it for a few seconds, it comes unsnapped. 2 - the gold clasps at the top of the bag are not tight. They don't close firmly once they've been opened. These two issues haven't stopped me from carrying the bag; however, if I ever purchase another Be & D bag, I will make sure there is a zipper and no sort of outside embellishment.
