Product is fine. My sizing experience not so:

The sizing information given by the seller on Amazon presented a conversion chart for shoe sizes worldwide, not a sizing chart for shoe trees. I tried my luck and ordered Large for 10.5 D men's shoes. They fit but seemed too tight. As I did not want to stretch the shoes, I returned the tree at my expense. I then determined the manufacturer was Woodlore and consulted their tree shoe tree sizing chart online. The chart recommended Medium, which I ordered from the same seller on Amazon. Medium was clearly too small. I called Woodmere. They suggested I go with Large noting that their trees would not stretch the shoes. I returned the Medium at my expense. I ordered Large again. This time Large barely fit but I bit the bullet and kept them.

The bottom line: Woodlore's packaging for the trees gives sizing charts but clearly states: "Please note that since shoe and boot styles often differ in sizing, trees should always be fitted by trial in that specfic style."
