Just got this yesterday. With simple instructions on the box, it was easy to set up so that my shoes stretched overnight. Now they are really comfortable. They used to pinch on the sides but not any more. This is a great product. Not only does it work well, it comes in pairs. So I don't have to do one shoe and wait to do the other one. Product looks and feels solid as well.

Update (3/25/2012): Since the original review I tried to widen one other pair and found that one of the stretchers did not widen. Well, it started to widen but got harder and harder to open up further and I was afraid that if I pushed too hard it will break. I wasn't even trying to open it that much wider. Since the other side had no problems I can only assume this is not beyond the stretcher's capability but simply a defect. Since I threw away the original box I didn't make contact the seller to return it or exchange it but it is a shame. It could have been such a good product... Taking one star off.

Update (3/27/2012): The vendor had sent me a followup email, which I missed since it went to junk mailbox, when I wrote above update. I should have contacted the seller first. They promptly offered to send me a replacement and I should just discard the bad one. I am so impressed. With that level of customer service, I will order from them again any time! Giving the star back. I want to add another one if that is possible for excellent customer service. :-)
