These are the best shoe inserts I've tried - in my experience, the Dr. Scholls gel inserts only made my shoes LESS comfortable! *Be sure to use these with shoes that are 1/2 size too large or in shoes that have stretched out a bit. If you add them to heels that are already snug they will make the shoes too small for your feet. I use these in conjunction with the Heavenly Heelz, which keep the back of heels from slipping off my feet as I walk, both alleviating blisters AND protecting my hosiery. Also, pick the spot where you want to place the insert and stick it and leave it there. If you pick it up again and move it, its stickiness will diminish and it won't last very long.

A worthwhile investment considering how much a good pair of heels costs! These (along with Heavenly Heelz) allow me to wear heels all day, rather than limping after lunchtime :)
