I have suffered for months with my right heel pain. It was hard to drive and sit at a stoplight, walk after sitting for any period of time, etc. the pain was constant. Anything that put pressure on my foot/esp the heel was almost unbearable. I was about to go to a Dr. and pay $$$ for a cure when I stumbled across a suggestion to use a night brace.

I purchased this brace and tried to wear it the first night. It was uncomfortable and I took it off after about 2 hrs. wondering how people sleep with this thing on! I lived with the pain for another month and decided to give the brace another try before going to a Dr.

I wore it about 4 hrs. the first night, and incredibly I had a great morning the very next day. I continued wearing the brace every day, eventually wearing it all night with no problems and all I can say is that I have NO pain in my heal, I have NO stiffness in the morning or any other time of day when I get up to walk. It's been almost 2 weeks wearing it nightly and I feel 100% better.
