I just purchased this beautiful bag from the manufacturers web site because it was cheaper. Delivery was fast. When I opened the box the bag was beautifully crafted but,the bag was lighter than the photo and the dome light was not included. I immediately contacted customer service and was told i could not return or exchange the bag and i was told a dome light would be mailed to me. Customer service was rude and abrupt. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from this company again. For $278.00 i thought i would at least get better customer service.
